Despite the challenges posed by having a high population of ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) and ESE (Exceptional Student Education) students, my school’s demonstrated learning gains in all subjects. Evidence of the hard work and dedication of the administrative team, teachers, staff, parents, and students.

Working with ESOL students, who are learning English as a second language, can present unique challenges. These students often require additional support to develop their language skills while also keeping up with the curriculum. Similarly, ESE students have diverse learning needs, and providing them with the necessary accommodations and individualized instruction is crucial for their academic growth.

Throughout my tenure as an educational leader, I have established a solid track record of attaining impressive compliance and accreditation scores. My unwavering dedication to meeting the necessary standards and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization I work for has resulted in achieving perfect scores in ESE compliance visits, curriculum and instruction visits, and Title I visits.

My unwavering commitment to upholding a superior standard of education is further demonstrated by my active participation in two successful Cognia School Accreditations in 2017 and 2019. The accreditation processes can be demanding, and the successful completion of these accreditations speaks to my strong leadership abilities and my capacity to guide an institution through the evaluation and enhancement procedures.
